Highway 4, Ashdod Ad Halom

Expansion of Highway 4 between the Ashdod Interchange and the Ad Halom Industrial Zone Junction, including the addition of lanes to each carriageway, one of which will be a public transport lane (PTL), resulting in a final configuration of four lanes in each direction: construction of an interchange to replace the Gan Yavne Junction: implementation of a PTL on the Ad Halom Interchange, including connection to Menachem Begin Street in Ashdod: construction of a bicycle path to Gan Yavne and up to the Ashdod train station — all as described in the specifications and plans attached to this tender/contract.

The work includes: preparatory works, dismantling, demolition of structures, earthworks, underground infrastructure (water, sewage, drainage, lighting, electricity, traffic lights, communications, and more), retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, slope stabilization, temporary traffic arrangements, temporary traffic lights, final traffic arrangements, water barriers, guardrails, and all other works shown in the plans.
